For on-site troubleshooting, if we find that the issue is beyond our resources to fix on the spot, we will not charge you.
For applicances / gadgets repair, if the item is deemed beyond repair, we will return it to you without any diagnostic fees. A small transportation or UK local shipping fee of £3 to £9 may apply, depending on size, weight, and location.
