Q: Do you offer onsite or remote support?
A: Yes! We provide both onsite and remote support. For remote assistance, we guide customers to install RustDesk and Google Chrome, allowing us to securely connect and fix issues in real time. This is a temporary connection, active only during the service session.

Q: Do you offer data recovery and transfer services?
A: Yes, we can recover lost, deleted, or corrupted files from various devices. We also provide bulk data transfer services, including moving files from iPhones, external hard drives, and other storage devices to your computer.

Q: Can you fix electric toys or small electronic devices?
A: Yes, we can troubleshoot and revive electric toys and small electronic devices. If it’s a minor repair issue, we’ll get it working again.

Q: Do you repair iPhones?
A: At the moment, we do not offer iPhone repair or replacement. However, we are always evaluating new services and may consider this in the future.

Our focus is on smaller tasks, helping you avoid the high costs of hiring a full electrician for minor jobs. For larger electrical work, we still recommend consulting a fully licensed electrician.

A: Currently we do not install new one, but we do replacement as long as the work falls within the scope of minor electrical tasks that we are legally certified to carry out. For more complex electrical installations, we recommend a licensed electrician.
